Finding New Ways to Communicate with Residents

In order to keep our residents safe, Hearthstone Estates has closed it’s doors to visitors. This has not stopped our resident’s families from finding new ways to connect with their loves. They have found innovative alternatives, that we like to call Window Visits. During these visits, our residents are brought and seated near a window inside the facility, and their loved ones talk to them from the outside.

Families have called and stood outside the windows to converse with their loved one. Others took the creative alternative and printed out messages they hold up to the window to show their loved ones.

It’s been a pleasure to see how all forms of communication have been able to brighten the days of our residents.
